Meet Roxanne Turner,
Founder and CEO of Nuerodiverse Leadership
After reaching the heights of success in her corporate career, Roxanne’s mission is to help more neurodiverse leaders embrace what makes them unique. Through keynote speaking, facilitation, coaching and training, Roxanne supports and champions workplaces and college organizations to embrace neurodiversity as a driver of innovation and performance.
A Certified ADHD Professional and CCE Board Certified Coach, Roxanne’s depth of study, research and training enable her to navigate complexity with care. Trained in Executive Function Skills, Roxanne is armed with practical advice and guidance to help people take control of their behaviors and focus on what matters most.

Meet Julie,
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), an EMDR Approved Consultant, an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider, and the founder of Denver Metro Counseling.
In 2007 she earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and received a Certificate in Adolescent Mental Health through the University of Illinois Champagne/Urbana in 2007. She is currently licensed in the states of Colorado, Illinois and Virginia.
Julie completed Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Program in 2022 and incorporates ketamine assisted psychotherapy with some clients as indicated further connecting people to their intuitive knowing, reduce suicidality, depression, anxiety and other distressing experiences. Julie is currently in training through a state-approved psilocybin assisted therapy program, Elemental Psychedelics and in Internal Family Systems and Psychedelics through The Moxie School.
Julie has extensive training in ADHD, trauma, suicide intervention and loss, and psychedelic integration.
She provides support and workshops for others in the community, including clinicians, in suicide intervention, risk assessment, and management, developing as a therapist, growing as a practice owner, and diving deeper into the therapeutic role to better support the self and client.
Since 2006, she has worked in group and private practices, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and in crisis evaluation.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Julie supports other entrepreneurs, founders and small business owners through their unique experiences in these leadership roles helping them balance their mental, physical, spiritual, relational health while doing what they love for work.
She provides supervision and consultation for other clinicians specifically around suicide risk, assessment, and treatment and ADHD.
